THANK YOU to the Rolling Meadows Senior Center for hosting the members of RMFD Local 3075 on November 14.
The purpose of the visit was to sign up residents into the File of Life program. The IAFF Local 3075 is running the program to help residents have all of their medical information in one location, in case of emergency.
The File of Life is simply a sheet of paper with all of your medical information: medical history, allergies, medications, emergency contacts, etc. This sheet of paper is then folded into a magnetic pouch that is placed on your refrigerator.
We will be at the senior center again in December or contact the RMFD for more information.
